In what city/state was your first house located and approximately what year did you buy it?

I actually only bought my first home just recently, and it is located in Beverly Hills, not far from my practice.

What was your living situation prior to buying your first house? Where/with whom/etc?

Since we have so many different locations — Sacramento, Houston, and New York — I was splitting time between those three cities and Beverly Hills, so I had several rental homes close to each one of my practices.

What motivated you to purchase your first house?

Now that all of our locations are thriving, I felt it was time to really settle in and make Southern California home.

How did you go about getting the money together to buy it?

My practice has done very well over the years, and I have made several solid investments as well.

When you purchased, were you thinking of it as an investment or as a place to start a family. Please elaborate.

When I purchased the home I was thinking of it as a place to start a family, but I also recognized its value as an investment property.

What are 3 things you liked most about the house?

1. It has a unique history

2. It is located in a wonderful and safe neighborhood

3. It is just a short distance from my medical practice

Was there anything you didn’t like about it?

I paid a premium price for it, but that is just something you have to accept when purchasing a home in this kind of neighborhood.

Did you make any improvements or major renovations to the house?

There has not been any need to make any kind of improvements since the property was kept in such pristine condition.

Please share 1-2 of your fondest/funniest memories from living there.

It still feels very new to me and I have been so busy with Elite Body Sculpture that I really haven’t had much time to enjoy it yet.

Do you still live there or did you sell it or renting it?

I still live there, and I am very much looking forward to the wonderful future that lies ahead.

What advice would you give other first time home buyers?

If you are going to pay a premium price for a property, make sure it is absolutely the most ideal property for you and your family.
